July 17, 2010 Tanner's troop held a Court of Honor. The kids have been working since January on camping skills and merit badges. Tanner received 17 merit badges and now has a total of 30 badges to his credit (I finished with only 27). He also has past the 6-month probationary point for receiving the Eagle badge.
He is currently working on his Eagle project and hopes to wrap it up in the next 3 weeks. The rate he is going, he will achieve the rank of an Eagle Scout before his fourteenth birthday, which is December 31.
